I don't have a credit card or a debit card! How can I use a money order to pay for my stuff?

We most certainly accept money orders as a payment option, but you'll have to follow these instructions in order to pay with that method.
  1. We need to know the shirt choices you want to buy, but we'll also need to know the style of shirt, the color, and the size of it. Email those choices, along with your shipping address and your need to pay offline, by clicking on THIS LINK.
  2. After we get your email, we will send a reply that will include the total amount owed including shipping costs, along with the address you should send your payment to.
  3. Go ahead and print out the invoice email you were sent and send your money order and the invoice to the address we provided in a USPS-approved envelope. We'll process your order and ship it right out when we get your payment!

You want your t-shirts to be long-lasting with bright designs that don't crack or fade. Well, that's what we provide. Our shirts are 100% cotton and preshrunk for convenience and quality.

These are some really cool shirts here, but I like my shirts on the back and shoulders of the shirts I wear.

That would be no problem at all. If you want the shirt designs placed on the back, please proceed with your order as normal. When it comes time for you to enter any special comments, merely say that you want your shirt designs placed on the back of the shirts. We'll do this for you at no extra charge.

I'm not Able To Order?

It's usually caused when your billing information is not entered EXACTLY like they have it at the credit card company. Check this first. If you feel certain that your order should be going through, then go through the following steps:
  1. Quadruple check your billing information! This is the most common mistake, so make sure it isn't YOUR mistake too!
  2. When you move, you have to change your information with the company that issues your card. Sometimes it can take months and months to get this data changed. Try your old address
  3. You may just want to use a different card.
  4. We are an American-based company and have a Toll Free number for American residents. This number is 1-888-687-4478. You can call for help between the Central Time Zone based hours of 9am and 6pm.

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

I really just want to know how fast you ship your shirts.

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. Since we advance orders to production so quickly, you get your shirts very fast. It takes a day to advance your order and a day to move it through production. Your order then ships the same day it is made. We advance orders Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3pm CST. We don't work on holidays or weekends. When payments for orders are fulfilled on one of the days we don't work, then your order is pushed down to the next day we're open. If you pay for your shirts on a Sunday, we'll get your order on Monday and jog it forward through our production facility and then to the post office. We pride ourselves on keeping a fully stocked warehouse here, and the vast majority of the orders that come in are ready to be made and shipped quickly. We scarcely ever need to order supplies for an order to be completed, but if we do it usually only takes a couple of days for us to restock and ship your order. There are a few times when items are on short supply and we have to order them so that your purchase can be completed and shipped. If that is the case, then it will only add a scant 2 days to your total shipping time. Compared to many of our competitors who do not care as much as we do about shipping speed, that's still VERY fast.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

If you live in the United States, then there are three types of shipping for you to choose from.

  1. Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
  2. If you think our normal shipment speed is quick, then you should see our Expedited Shipping at work, which means you can expect your order anywhere between 2-3 working days.
  3. For those with no time to spare, our Express option will zip your order to your door in a break-neck speed of 1-2 working days.
As a SPECIAL NOTE OF INTEREST, packages that are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using Priority Mail and can be expected to get to you in 5 to 10 business days. The delivery schedule provided is an approximation and may not include special order processing circumstances. Please include your e-mail address when you make your order. When we ship your order, you will get information to track your delivery. People who order outside of the United States of America, people with a PO Box address, people in Alaska, and people in Hawaii can not receive this service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The countries of Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, N. Ireland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada, and Norway can all order from us and use our International Shipments option. When you are ordering from outside of the U.S., your orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...this is never truer than during the Christmas rush, so please take this into account when ordering. Please, please, please refrain from contacting us after your order has been only a week out of our doors, as this is far to soon to expect an International delivery. When these orders leave American shores, we no longer have the ability to track them. We are sorry, but we are not in control of this feature.

We are legally bound to give a full description of the contents of your package to Customs Agents, as well as the monetary value of those contents. If you request that we mark your package as a gift, it will have no bearing on our requirement to supply this information. It is also very possible that there will be additional Customs fees associated with your shipment. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be, if any. If you have any inquiries concerning customs delays or costs, then please refer them to the customs officers of your region.

We love and respect all men and women who serve in our Armed Services, so we have no problem shipping to any APO/FPO. The shipping option of Expedited and Express Mail is not currently available to those addresses with an APO/FPO notation since they are treated, for all intents and purposes, like International Mail. The shipping estimates above do not represent the shipping time it takes for the APO/FPO orders to reach their destinations, but we assure you that we ship them out the door at the same speed as all of our other orders.

If you want your shirts sent to a PO BOX, we are happy to oblige. These orders will always be sent using Standard Shipping, and will take 3 - 5 Postal Shipping Days for those shirts to reach you.


Every Time I Make A Selection To Buy, It Refuses To Show Up In The Shopping Cart! Help!

This is really quite simple. In order to use our shopping cart software, you have to have something called "cookies" activated. If you are unable to see the t-shirts you want to buy appear in the cart, then your security settings are far too high for Internet shopping. You will have to fix this. If you do not feel comfortable changing these settings, then all you have to do is call us!
